Speech Team is an IHSA sanctioned competition where students can compete with 14 different types of performances: Public address (Think TED Talks), Acting events (1 or 2 person scenes), Book events (Poetry and Prose), and Writing events.  The season lasts from Halloween thru Valentines Day and competitions are on Saturdays.
