Prom 2025

Attendees must provide their own transportation to and from Prom.

Payment will be accepted online only via Omella.

There is not a formally served dinner, but there are buffet stations of food around the aquarium along with places to sit and eat.  The menu includes:

• Mixed Green Salad (baby greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions served with choice of balsamic or ranch dressing)
• Garbage Salad (romaine lettuce, diced salami, provolone, smoked mozzarella, red onion, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, chicken breast, tomatoes, cucumber, and Italian dressing)
• Rigatoni with Marinara Sauce (semolina rigatoni, tomato marinara sauce, fresh basil)
• French Fries (choice of cheddar, bacon, sour cream, and chives as toppings)
• House Made Pizzas (cheese, sausage, and pepperoni pizzas)
• Beef Sliders (topped with aged cheddar, caramelized onions, and chipotle aioli)
• Assorted Fresh Baked Cookies

1. All CSHS students will complete a permission slip during the ticket purchase process online.  
2. If you are bringing a guest who is not currently an CSHS student, the paper guest request form must be turned in to the Main office no later than Friday, April 11th 2025 at 3pm. Guest request forms will not be accepted after that date. This is required to receive the link for purchasing a ticket for your guest to attend Prom.
3. Tickets sales will take place online only from Monday, March 31st through Friday, April 11th using the Omella Link. Students will need to complete all fields in the online permission slip and will only be allowed to purchase one ticket for themselves. If an outside guest form is approved, the CSHS student will receive an email specific to them with a special link to order their guest’s ticket. 
4. You should receive a receipt of the purchase and your information from the permission slip fields will be provided to the Prom Sponsor.  
5. Please remember, there will be NO refunds of ticket money under any circumstances. If you get put on Social Suspension after purchasing your ticket, you cannot attend prom, and there will be no refund. Tickets are also NON-transferable.

1. Students can be dropped off at the half circle driveway of the Shedd Aquarium. Parking is also available at the Soldier Field North Garage for $32.00 per automobile.
2. Doors will open at 6:00 pm. There is absolutely no entry for any reason prior to that time.
3. Students and guests will need to pull up the Omella QR code on their phone to redeem their ticket. Please have that ready.
4. To enter Prom, all CSHS students MUST also have their valid CSHS ID. All non-CSHS students MUST have a valid school ID or a valid driver's license. Names will be checked to verify ticket purchase to enter Prom.
5. All students, guests, and vehicles are subject to a breathalyzer and/or search.
6. A purse/coat/shoes/flower check will be available for students at no cost if they wish to use it.
7. Any students that leave the Shedd Aquarium during Prom cannot return.
8. If using a limo, please have their cell phone information and company name handy so that you can communicate with them easily. All students must exit the Shedd Aquarium at 10:00 pm.

For non-Sandburg High School guests, 

1. A Guest Form must be filled out and submitted to the Main Office. Once approved, 
2. The Main Office will provide you with a Guest Code and a separate link to purchase a guest ticket.
