Preschool Registration

Preschool Registration for 2024-25

To request participation in our preschool program, please read the information below and select the program that best fits your child. Select the appropriate link below. Once on the registration page, enter the required (*) information and click Submit.

Attention Parents:

• Completing this form does not guarantee a spot in our program. 
• Please fill out a separate form for each child. You will receive an email reply when you submit the registration form.
• Registration is only for the identified school year.
• Parents will be emailed registration forms to complete and return
• Space is limited.  Not all preschoolers will be accepted into the program, due to space. 

• Registration for the 3/4 year-old program is now closed.  Please email langel@d230.org if you would like to be put on the wait list.
• Registration for the 4/5-year-old program is open. Click Here to register.
